UPCPMT 2017 - Exam Dates, Application Form
UPCPMT 2017 is popularly known as Uttar Pradesh Combined Pre Medical Test. UPCPMT is a state level medical entrance exam conducted by Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj Medical University for the students who wants to take admission into Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine & Surgery (BHMS), Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery (BAMS) and Bachelor of Unani Medicine & Surgery (BUMS). The exam is taken to get admission into various government recognized Dental, Medical, Homoeopathic & Ayurvedic colleges in Uttar Pradesh. The UPCPMT 2017 exam will be held in the month of June 2017.

UPCPMT 2017 exam syllabus includes:
The Application process of UPCPMT 2017 was only in offline mode. Candidates will have to buy the Information Booklet from the Designated Branches of Central Bank of India with payment of Rupees 1280/- (tentative) for General/OBC candidates and Rs 680/- (tentative) for SC/ST candidates.
The Information Booklet will include the OMR Application form which will have to fill up by candidates carefully with Black or Blue ball point Pen.
After filling up the application form candidates will have to post the Application form to “The Chairman, C.P.M.T.-2013, CSJM University, Kalyanpur, Kanpur-208024 U.P.” by Registered/Speed post.

UPCPMT 2017 Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate must be at least 17 years of age.
- Candidates must be permanent Resident of Uttar Pradesh. Candidates who don’t have permanent residence of UP but done his/her 12th/ Intermidiate from schools located in UP will also eligible for apply.
- Candidates must have passed in 12th/ Intermidiate/ Higher secondary examination from a recognized State/ Central Board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as core subject.
- Candidates should have a B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany and Zoology) and English
