PU CET 2017 Exam Dates | Application Form
The Punjab University, Chandigarh (PU) conducts an all India level entrance examination known as PU CET 2017 for the admission in B. Pharmacy (Credit Based Semester System), B.Sc. (Hon. School) at P.U. Campus and BHMS at Homeopathic Medical College & Hospital. Candidates who are interested can fill the application form March 18, 2015. The entrance exam will be conducted on 23rd May, 2015. Foreign candidate seats are reserved in each course. Information regarding eligibility criteria, exam pattern, and application form of the course is given below.
Applicants are eligible for the examination only if they satisfy following condition:
Step No. 1 - Go to www.cetug.puchd.ac.in
Step No. 2 - Applicant need to register themselves by giving necessary details.
Step No. 3 - Applicant will receive a Login ID & Password as per the email ID and mobile number as mentioned in the form.
Step No. 4 - Applicant need to login and provide their personal, academic and other details as mentioned in the from.
Step No. 5 - After filling up the form applicant need to download their bank slip and pay their application fees in any SBI branch bank (minimum one day after printing of bank slip).
Step No. 6 - After making payment applicant need to re Login themselves and upload their photograph and signature as mentioned in the form and submit it.
Step No. 7 - Applicant can download their admit card after 11th May, 2015.
Step No. 8 - If more than 24 Hrs. have passed after printing the fee slip and your details are not found in bank for despositing fee, write to cetug@pu.ac.in mentioning your problem along with application no, name and date of birth

PU CET 2017 Eligibility Criteria
Applicants are eligible for the examination only if they satisfy following condition:
- Applicants must pass in Higher Secondary Education with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as the subjects of the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi or its equivalent from a recognized University are eligible for the Examination.
- The applicants who have passed or who are appearing in Higher Secondary Education Examinations of Mahila Gram Vidyapith, Allahabad are ineligible to appear in the PU – CET (BHMS) Entrance Test, as this institution has been derecognized by Punjab University, Chandigarh. The examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Delhi, included in the booklet of recognized exams, have also been deleted from the Booklet

PU CET 2017 Exam Pattern
- The test will be conducted in the subjects of,
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology
- Mathematics
- Biotechnology and
- Computer Science as per date sheet.
- Applicant will get 2 marks for each correct answer and 25% of marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
- The syllabus is as per the CBSE for the session 2013-15
- The medium of examination will be in ENGLISH only.
- The distribution of the PU – CET (U.G. & BHMS) Entrance Test is given below:
- The candidates shall be required to answer questions on the OMR Answer-sheet provided for the purpose only, strictly following all the rules/ norms as stated on the Question Booklet and the Answer-sheet.
