VTUEEE 2016 Exam Dates | Application Form

VTUEEE 2016 is commonly known as Vel Tech University Engineering Entrance Exam is an all India Level examination conducted both in online as well as offline mode. VTUEEE Entrance exam is conducted for the admission of interested applicants in B.Tech courses. The availability of application form for online shall be from the month November, 2015 and for offline shall be from December, 2015. University also has collaboration with University and Institutions of Germany, France, Sweden, Singapore, U.S.A, China, Taiwan, Malaysia and Korea. Vel Tech University also provides various scholarships to merit students under Vel Tech Mahatma National Merit Scholarships.

Applicants are eligible for VTUEEE 2016 examination only if they satisfy following condition:

• The Exam takers should have passed Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent from a recognized University/Board or applicants who are appearing for the examination can also apply for the examination.
• Applicants who have studied in Full time, Regular and Formal Academic or Vocational Education stream alone are eligible to apply.
• Applicants hailing from Jammu and Kashmir and the North Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura have to produce NATIVITY CERTIFICATES TO PROVE NATIVITY by the time of admission.

• Applicants must have passed with 10+2 or its equivalent with Chemistry & Physics with Mathematics as compulsory subject for admission to any division of B.Tech Degree programme.
• Applicants who are above 25 years of age are not eligible for the examination as on 1st July. In the case of SC, ST and Physically Challenged (PC) applicants, upper age limit shall be relaxed by 5 years. 

Step No 1 - Go to www.veltechuniv.edu.in

Step No 2 - Click on “Admission” and Select the course.

Step No 3 - Applicants must fill the personal, qualification details and other basic details as mentioned in the form and submit it.


Step No 4 - After submitting of form applicant will receive Username and Password via mail as well as in Mobile number as mentioned in the form.

Step No 5 - Applicant must login again and complete the form if remained.

Step No 6 - Applicant must make payment online via Debit/Credit Card or offline via DD.

Step No 7 - Application form can also be obtained by post or in person from the Admissions Officer, VTUEEE 2015, at the University Office.

Application Fees:

• Applicant are required to make payment of Rs 750/-
• Applicant can make payment by online through Debit /Credit Card.
• Applicant can also make payment offline through DD of Rs 750/- in favor of Vel Tech Dr.RR & Dr.SR Technical University payable at Chennai.

• The Exam will be for 2 hours and 30 minutes.
• Every correct answer will get 1 mark each.
• There are no negative marks for the wrong answers.
• Subject wise distribution of marks are as follows:
• Applicants appearing for Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics are eligible for all the B.Tech Programmes at the university.
• Applicants appearing for Biology instead of Mathematics will be eligible for B.Tech. Bioinformatics, Bio-Medical Engineering and Biotechnology programmes only.
