HP CPET 2016 stands for Himachal Pradesh Combined Pre-Entrance Test. It is conducted by the National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur. HP CPET is for admission into B Tech. HP CPET 2016 Eligibility Criteria

• EDUCATION

1. The applicants must have passed his/her 12^th grade from a recognized Board or University.
2. Physics and Mathematics must have been the compulsory subjects in the qualifying exam, along with either Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology as the optional subject.
3. The applicants must have scored a minimum aggregate of 45% (40% in case for reserved category candidates) in the above subjects.
