AMU MBBS 2017 - Application Form, Exam Dates
AMU MBBS 2017 is an Entrance Examination of the National Level. It is conducted by the Aligarh Muslim University. It is held at the undergraduate level. AMU MBBS is the essential examination for admissions to UG health sciences courses, which are MBBS/BDS and Nursing. Needless to say, the students will get admission for the MBBS course at Aligarh Muslim University. The total number of MBBS seats is 145.
AMU is one of the topmost universities of higher education in India. It was established in 1920, and grew out of the Mohammedan Anglo-Oriental College. It was founded by the social reformer, Sir Syed Ahmad khan. From its beginning alone, AMU has been welcoming to the members of all the communities from all across the globe. It is currently spread over 467.6 hectares in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. It offers over 300 courses in the traditional and contemporary divisions of education.

AMU MBBS 2017 Eligibility Criteria
The applicant must be an Indian citizen. For admissions into the AMU Medical courses like MBBS, BDS and Diploma in nursing courses/he must have passed in the 12th grade, from a recognized University / Board, preferably HSC.
AMU MBBS 2017 Exam Pattern
- The AMU MBBS Exam consists of only one question paper. It will last for 3 hours and ask 200 MCQs. It will have 3 sections, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. The number of questions will be 50 each from Physics and Chemistry and 100 from Biology. Negative markings are applicable - 1/4th marks per incorrect answer. The syllabus of AMU MBBS will resemble that of the HSC Examination.
- Post the declaration of the Result, AMU will display a merit list for counselling. In correspondence with this counselling, college preferences will be discussed.
